And even though every Sefira is comprised of ten, it seems to me that just as the arm of a person, although it is comprised of the limbs of the body, and of all of them within it — as is known, for it has in it the veins of the head, and of the heart, and of the liver, and of the whole body, as is known to the physicians who let blood from it for the benefit of the sick of the whole body — nevertheless, the height in the arm is the aspect of Hesed.
