And this is the secret of the second coupling mentioned above, that Ima squats upon the children in order to protect them and nests there, as is explained by us in the secret of 'if a bird's nest happens to be before you.' And this is 'she nests in the Throne'; and when she is in the secret of KN, then she illuminates in the Throne. For this second coupling is not a permanent coupling but only an occasional one, as it is written, 'if a nest happens' — by way of chance — which is when the mother squats for the sake of the children to guard them.
