Now the mouth has ten particular Sefirot, as is explained by my teacher, may his memory be for a blessing, in the Introduction to Bereshit; and even the two lips and the tongue are included within the mouth, where the Daat is revealed. And Hesed is hidden in the skull, and Gevura in the hidden Mocha (Mocha Stimaa), and Tifferet in the membrane of the Avira, and Netzah and Hod in the two ears and the two eyes. And Yesod in the forehead, and Malchut in the nose, together with the two cheeks — the two holy apples — as is known. For the face, together with the nose, is [the aspect] of which it is said, "They testify only upon the countenance of the face together with the nose," and as will be said afterwards. Thus the seven lower [Sefirot] of Atik, and also its Daat, are clothed in the seven corrections of the head, in a general manner. But in a particular manner they are enumerated differently, for the skull has thirteen corrections of its own, as above. And thus are explained the thirteen corrections of the skull, and corresponding to them the thirteen corrections of the Mocha, which are the thirteen corrections of the beard.
