The fifth aspect is when they descend below and their illumination enters within the inwardness of the three cavities of the skull of the head of ZA. And now, all these aspects we have no power to attain; but the sixth aspect we do have the power to attain. And its matter is that there too the illumination of the Mochin within the three cavities of the skull sparkles, and their illumination goes out to the outside, in the secret of surrounding light, also from without. And this sixth aspect, which we attain, is the commandment of Tefillin. Therefore we are obligated in this commandment, because we have the power to attain it.
