*And now we will explain the matter of the difference between Yetzira and Assiya: for Yetzira has in it her "clothing" (Kesuta), while Assiya has in it only "her food" (She'era). And the matter is this: for all the two couplings of ZON are only to draw vitality and abundance to Yetzira and Assiya alone, for their own need — and not for the need of procreation and coupling. And from the first coupling of ZON of Atzilut, which is face to face, vitality is drawn to Yetzira in the aspect of the six extremities (VAK). And from the second coupling, which is back to back, the vitality is drawn to Assiya, to give them life in the aspect of three within three (Gimmel be-Gimmel).
