The third head, which is called the Hochma, the Mocha Stima'ah of AA, has in it also three other names: Yod-He-Vav-He, Yod-He-Vav-He, Yod-He-Vav-He, in the filling of MAH of Alpin, in the vowels of the second head, which are Segol in place of Tzere.
