And behold, ZA itself has degrees, and when it is first at the epitome of Katnut, which is the time of the pregnancy, then it is entirely complete judgments, and even the Mochin within it, which are its first three, which are more merciful than the rest of the VAK, as is known, even they are complete judgments. Hence it is cruel and wrathful, and it has no presence of mind, for judgment came out of fire, and fire is not still, for it eats and burns everything it finds, and does not rest in one place; and so the deeds of a small child are without presence of mind, and all of them are judgments.
