  1. And it is, that with regard to the second interpretation there is a difficulty, for in the explanation of the Shema we say explicitly that these Mochin, which come through the Shema, are only Mochin of VAK, and they are called complete internality. And behold, all this is only the aspect of Achor be-Achor, for the aspect of Panim be-Panim is made in the blessing of the Patriarchs itself, as mentioned there and in other places.

  1. 1There is a difficulty for the second interpretation, etc., that the Mochin that come by way of the Shema, which are only Mochin of VAK, are called complete internality: For according to the first and third interpretations, which regard even the Ibur and nursing of Gadlut as internality, it is well understood that the Mochin of the Shema are regarded as internality, since they are the VAK of Gadlut, namely the Ibur and nursing of the Mochin of Gadlut, as is known. But according to the second interpretation, which regards even the VAK of the upper AVI as externality, and all the more so the VAK of YESHSUT, it is difficult to see how we regard the Mochin of the Shema as internality, when they are only the VAK of Gadlut.
Indeed, it has already been explained above that the second interpretation does not speak of that externality and internality that are drawn from the existence of the worlds and the souls, as does the first interpretation mentioned above, but speaks only of the Mochin of birth, which alone it regards as internal, since they are the aspect of face to face. But the Mochin of NRN, whether of YESHSUT or of the upper AVI, are not fit for birth, since they are not the aspect of face to face, and therefore it calls them by the name externality. According to this, nothing is difficult from the Shema, for there it speaks of the standing of the worlds and souls, according to which certainly even the Ibur of Gadlut is called internality, since it is the aspect of souls and not of worlds. As above.
