- It thus follows that two kinds of milk will expand through this channel, which is the Hei of Elokim, and both of them must be found hinted at in this letter Hei. And it is, that there is the aspect of filling and there is the aspect of form. For when you fill this Hei with the three kinds of fillings, whose mnemonic is YH'A — as is known, and they are Hei-Yud, Hei-Hei, Hei-Aleph — they are in gematria El. And with the three collectors they are thirty-four, and with the letter Hei itself they are thirty-nine. And the totality of all together, or the totality of the Hei itself, is forty, like the count of milk (chalav).

And therefore it is discerned that the main flow is from the discernment of the right of Bina, which is the secret of the “El” that is in the right breast, from which the complete Hassadim are bestowed, as is known. However, the flow that is bestowed from the discernment of the left of Bina, which is the “Mem-Yud” that is in the left breast, is not yet in the aspect of wholeness, for the posterior of Bina rides there, preventing her right, which is the discernment of Hochma, from coupling with the left to bestow Hochma. It thus follows that the left remains without coupling, for the power of the covering of her posterior is discerned in her toward the left side, and it does not cease from her, except by way of the MAN of the second Ibur, after nine years and one day, as is known, at which time Ima returns face to face with Aba.
And this is what it says: that the discernment of the channel, when it bestows to the right line, is expressed in the names with their fillings, namely: Hei-Yud, Hei-Hei, Hei-Aleph, which total “El,” and with the three collectors, and with the totality of the channel itself, which is Hei — they total, in gematria, “milk” (chalav). And this indicates that the flow that comes by this way is from the discernment of the coupling in complete wholeness, the name being filled as is fitting for it. However, when this channel, namely the Hei of Elokim, bestows from the discernment of the left that is in it, it is expressed in the fillings alone, without the simple letters, namely: Yud of the filling of Hei-Yud, and Hei of the filling of Hei-Hei, and Aleph of the filling of Hei-Aleph — these three fillings total sixteen. And with the two discernments of the form of the Hei, which are Resh-Vav and Dalet-Yud, which are of the discernment of Katnut, they total, in gematria, “milk,” which indicates that this flow does not come from the discernment of the coupling, for the fillings do not join to their names, this being because of the posterior of Bina that crouches there, in order to cover the Hassadim, as above. And thus has been well explained the difference between the milk of the right breast and the milk of the left breast. And understand well.
