And this is the secret of the blood of which our sages, of blessed memory, said that it remains within the woman and does not go out with the rest. For the rest was already clarified, and there is no benefit in it; therefore it went out in the secret of impure blood. But this blood, which was not yet clarified, remains within the bowels of Ima, and through the length of the time of the Yenika it is clarified within her and becomes milk. And this is through its ascent to the place of the breasts.
