And these ways are in the manner of that path (Orcha) that runs through the middle of the hair, as mentioned in Idra Rabba, page 129, side A. And the matter is that that path which is in the middle of the hair is not included among the twelve ways, and that path is divided into six hundred and thirteen other paths, as mentioned there. But these twelve ways surround the skull, apart from that path which is precisely in the middle of the skull.
