Now above we explained that the skull and the brain of Arich Anpin are two complete Sefirot, unlike the other seven corrections of the head, all of which are of the aspect of the skull itself, apart from the brain, which is a Sefira in its own right. Therefore, of necessity, each of these two must be included of ten Sefirot; and this was explained in the explanation of my teacher, may his memory be for a blessing, of the Introduction to Bereshit on the Zohar. And already above we explained the thirteen of the skull.
