And with this you will understand how the Keter is complete mercy, but the Hochma has in it judgments, except that they are subdued. As mentioned in the Idra of Naso, page 128, that this brain is quiet and still, like good wine that sits upon its lees. For it is explicit that there are in it judgments and lees, except that they are at rest and quiet and subdued there in their place. And likewise the author of Ma'arechet HaElokut wrote that Hochma is judgment, and he has some support for this.
