Now it is called the forehead of Ratzon [Will], because there is imprinted in it a light called Ratzon. And light (nehora) is light (or), which is the Hassadim; and it is called Ratzon in the secret of "Guardian of lovingkindness" (notzer hesed), the letters of Ratzon, for it is the Hassadim that are hidden and guarded within the true Yesod. And because of this drop of Hassadim that is revealed in the Yesod of Atik, hidden in the forehead of Arich Anpin, it is called the forehead of Ratzon. Now all the other [grades of] Hassadim are called Ratzon, and this one, the highest of them all, is called Re'uta deRe'in, meaning a will in which all the other wills are held and hang upon it.
