And this matter is hinted at by us in the explanation of Birkat Avot, in the word "He acquires everything"; for through the descent of the thirteenth Mazal, called Vnakke, the last of the thirteen attributes, which is numerically equal to Eheyeh filled with Yods, equal to the number of Koneh, and equal to the number of Vnakke. And through this Mazal He acquires the Kol [everything], which is the Yesod of ZA, and creates it as an actual new acquisition.
