However, although his principal suckling is from that path that is in the middle, as mentioned, nevertheless the thirteen whitenesses also shine upon Zeir Anpin, for the nine whitenesses that are drawn along the face of Arich Anpin extend to the beard of Zeir Anpin, and by their power nine corrections of the beard are made for Zeir Anpin, as is said in its place. And from the four whitenesses of the back, they extend until the head of Zeir Anpin and shine upon his head itself, above, and not upon the beard.

1 Likewise the thirteen Chivaret shine in Zeir Anpin, etc., and it completes for him the thirteen corrections of the Dikna [beard] for Zeir Anpin: Meaning, when we consider from the aspect of the root of Zeir Anpin, which is the discernment of Guf [body], as above, we find that he receives only from the one path that includes them all, which is also the discernment of Guf, as above. However, it is known that although Zeir Anpin is the discernment of Guf to AVI, nevertheless he himself also expands into Rosh [head] and Guf at the time of his Gadlut. And then, certainly, he also receives from the twelve Orchin that go from below upward, for every discernment always receives from the discernment opposite it in the one above; and therefore the discernment of his Rosh necessarily receives from the corrections that go from below upward. Moreover, all twelve Chivaret [bright strands] are included in this path, as above.
