  1. Now there is another expansion and departure, as will be explained, and then the four phases will be completed. The thing is that when this phase of the vessel was completed and became a vessel by the departure of the light, when the light expands in it once more, there will remain lights and vessels. However, when the light expands in this vessel for the second time, it does not expand in the first order, but appears and disappears. This is the meaning of what is written in The Zohar, “Matei and not Matei” [expanding and not expanding]. This is because these two Behinot of Hitpashtut and Histalkut de Hitpashtut Aleph de Akudim that he introduced above (item 19) are the two Otiot Yod, Hey of HaVaYaH.
