But we, the generality of the world, who do not recite the Shema before sunrise, but only after the actual sunrise — behold, then the Mochin have already departed completely, and no clinging of them remained in the head of ZA. Therefore we must read the Shema twice, in order to return the Mochin level by level. Unlike the custom of the Vatikin, for the Mochin that came after midnight need not be toiled to return them, and they almost return by themselves; and when one recites the Shema then, new Mochin come, superior to those that were from midnight.
