The Ari's Text
- *However, the first light that was below in the beginning and then ascended, did not descend again. It remained there from the Tabur and above, and placed its root there for eternity. From there it expanded and went out through the Einayim, and these are the Nekudim. It was extended and expanded from without until the Sium Raglayim of AK. Thus, all the light extended through the Tabur, although it is from the Einayim, is swallowed and incorporated in Akudim; hence, it is indistinguishable. Only the light that is extended below the Tabur to its Raglayim is called Nekudot, as now it stands alone.
